After His resurrection Jesus meets His disciples, sharing further teachings. In particular He wants the disciples to go into the world and preach the gospel to every creature. Beginning His public ministry, Jesus tells people He has come for the Jews alone, not for stray “dogs.” But His message transforms and is expanded so all people are included, even all creatures. Jesus must believe there is a means to communicate with other sentient beings, every conscious being in fact; the word creature expands the target for the gospel message. After Christ meets with His disciples, sharing any additional information, He is taken up to heaven to sit at the right hand of God. This of course is based on the interpretation of the gospel writer, there is no way to know where Christ ascends. Those who know Jesus declare Him Son of God, and assume God is in heaven sitting on a throne and Christ joins Him, sitting on the right, the right hand of God.
We know Christ is not just sitting and observing what is happening to His disciples and in time to all God’s creation. The disciples claim Christ helps in their spreading of the gospel and in helping with supernatural occurrences they are able to perform. Christ is everywhere and can help all disciples in convincing others to take the message of Jesus to heart, including the creatures who are not human. We read Christ works with His disciples confirming His word with accompanying signs. Our faith is the means of entering the kingdom of God and join all creatures.
